MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

Ask ANY professional in the field of psychiatry, law enforcement, or education and they will ALL tell you the same thing.

The best indicator of future behavior, is past behavior.

There have been at least a dozen instances of this guy having meltdowns, and/or doing something completely malicious, petty, infantile, unhinged and destructive to the community.

He is fucking radioactive and anyone who would involve themselves with or support his work is a moron.

Thats really all there is to it. You must really get taken advantage of by the people in your life with your outlook. I pray you dont have anyone in your inner circle who would take advantage of your naive nature.

so you think because i believe in giving people i don't know in real life a 2nd or 3rd chance means that I do it in real life? Those 2 things don't neccesarily correspond and I can see that you're starting to go down the typical push your opinion as fact down peoples throats so I'll end the conversation here.

I just can't classify and shun somebodies quality of work away because it's believed that they did malicious and petty things on a Socom forums.

Can I ask you a question though since I feel like you're a football guy and I hope I'm right in that assumption.
Should Terrell Owens of been a 1st ballot hall of famer or is the HOF commission correct in leaving his name off the list because of all the outside antics that came with it?

MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

First off, its not a 2nd or even 3rd chance. It would literally be like his 8th or 9th chance.

As far as Owens being put in the HOF, if it was purely based on numbers, hes a no brainer 1st ballot.

BUT, thats not how it works.

There is a Veterans committee who has a say, and a players personal conduct is also weighed into the decision.

Now, before you jump on the "Hurr durr Lawrence Taylor did coke during halftime and there are plenty of players who were scumbags in real life!" train, let me explain something to you.

Terrell Owens was an absolute CANCER to every team he ever played on. ON THE FIELD. His antics HURT his team more than they ever helped.

Being from New Jersey and having spent time in some of the higher end strip clubs and night spots during his heyday with the Eagles, I have had personal conversations with teammates of his and heard the insane stories of his behavior and how he rotted the team from within.

You can choose to believe me or not, I really dont care, but I was at a bar called Cheerleaders the night after Owens and Hugh Douglas got in a physical altercation. A friend of mine was a rep for Nike and we used to get coke for VIP types in the scene.

The shit I heard Douglas tell me was beyond belief. Owens on more than one occasion physically assaulted assistant coaches and players. Now, as much of an asshole as he was, Owens is actually a tough son of a bitch and could fuck a bitch up so people were scared of him.

He finally took it too far and smacked one of the equipment guys who was in his 50s and had been with the team for 30 years.

Thats when Douglas jacked his ass up and put one on him. Andy Reid suspended him from the team that week. The guy is quite possibly the biggest piece of shit who has ever played the game. Is he an HOFer, yes. But he does not deserve to be on the first ballot.

Edit: Feel free to Google Cheerleaders in Philly and Hugh Douglas Terrell Owens fight if you think Im lying.

I have no reason to. Im not bragging about what my lifestyle used to be like, but it did bring me into contact with a lot of celebrities and athletes.

I will say if he stays out of the public and does his thing this project has a chance, Id be weary to support it until its out to point past any self destruction. Thats fair I think the guys earned the right not to be trusted but he is extremely talented. I know you guys dont like him personally thats fine I get that. But hes capable of making the socom style game everyone wants. I say dont throw your money at him let him build what he builds and if it gets to an actual finished product then maybe give it a chance. Some of the most talented people are the most insane/difficult. I know you guys will say you've tried but maybe just let this project manifest into whatever it becomes maybe he does it the right way stays quiet has the support members he needs to keep him in the dark and just work. A good socom game is what we all want to happen if it comes out, its not gonna matter who made it.

MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

Ive said a million times, I dont care if a group of child rapists from prison make a Socom I want to play, Im fine with playing it.

Just show me the finished product.

Redline can do whatever the fuck he wants, I wont support it while he doing it, but if he gets it to completion, Ill play the shit out of it.

Don't you think that kind of mentality is non conducive towards getting them game better and to the state we want it to be? If everybody had that mentality then no project ever would get off the ground because there would be nobody to support it.

I truly believe you when you say you will not be involved with Redline and if you feel that strongly my objective isn't to persuade you it's just to have you look at it at another point of you. No matter what Redline has done it is a fact that he definitely understands how to create the Socom formula down to the T, if I'm being honest that gameplay looks a lot farther along than ProjectC and with more people involved who knows what it could possibly be.

    That's all.

And with the Terrell Owens thing he was a cancer to many locker rooms and the NFL as a whole but I believe when you look at the Hall of Fame numbers speak for themselves and politics shouldn't be involved, same reason Allen Iverson was surprised he got the call to be inducted...even though he did a lot of bad his numbers and what he did to impact the game cannot be denied

MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

Allen Iverson also missed a press conference prior to his induction because he was still drunk from the night before. He was supposed to talk to a bunch of kids about staying in school.

Thats another guy I have a million stories about because his punk ass was always in AC.

He really should still be in prison, except for the fact that John Thompson was friendly with the Governor of Virginia who pardoned him in '93 so he could go to Georgetown.

In case you didnt know, Iverson was in the middle of a racially motivated riot when a group of about 40 black "youths" decided they wanted to destroy a bowling alley in Virginia and Iverson is on video attacking a pregnant white woman with a steel folding chair and bashing her over the head with it while him and the rest of his homies "were keepin it real". But he dindu nuffin cuz he need mo money fo dem programs. Well, that and he could get Georgetown into the Sweet 16.

He was, is, and always will be a little punk bitch.

And if you actually think he made ANY team he was on better, you know NOTHING about basketball.

He was a 5'10" 2 gaurd who jacked up 35 shots a game to score 25 points and made 2 or 3 sick plays a night that would get played on Sportscenter that made people who know nothing about basketball think he was a great player.

It gives me great joy to know that that bitch made punk made over 160 Million dollars during his career and now hes a flat broke alcoholic who still owes over 5 Million to AC casinos and will be living like a chump right next to the other punk TO.

I get you have strong opinions on things but Allen Iverson was also a 3 time scoring champion who carried a sorry Philly team all the way to the finals where the only team that could stop them was the best 1-2 punch combo in the game Kobe and Shaq who 3peated.
I didn't mean to have a discussion about his background outside of the game but my point was that at the end of the day the body of work he contributed on the court during his career could not be denied and that's where I stand with Redline for the most part.

You don't agree which I understand.

MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

Iversons 2001-2002 season was phenomenal. I wont deny that. His team was also destroyed in the finals, and any one of 5 teams from the Eastern Conference could have easily made the finals had some balls bounced the right way. (The Vince Carter game in Philly comes to mind).

Nobody was beating the Lakers that year.

Bottom line, Iverson was a mole who shot 35 times a game to score 25 points, played great on the ball defense when he felt like it, and was nothing more than a highlight reel player whos teams would have won just as many games with or witout him.

Like Mack said, this would be chance number 8 or 9 and the most important thing to know is that after all of his tantrums (some of which are arguably felonious) he's shown almost zero regret for his actions. Of course with as many meltdowns has he's had, contrition would be practically meaningless, becoming the epitome of a boy who cried wolf type of situation.

We don't shun him because of what we believe he did, we shun him because of what we KNOW he did while showing no remorse whatsoever to the people from whom which he relies on for support.

SS_CUB, a new member, has come here without bias and has talked about his experience with Redline freaking out at him randomly. Redline pulled a petty stunt on BigFry during the anniversary stream. How much evidence do you need? Everyone here admits he's talented but his personality gets in the way. Not sure what's left to oppose.

MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

Guy was a beast, no doubt, but other than the 04 Eagles he was just a stat padder on a bunch of average teams. Typical guy who would rather catch 2 TDs and lose than catch no TDs and win. Funny how he puts on his crocodile smile and tries to act all friendly now that hes a broke ass shitbird with absolutely zero prospects of ever getting back the lifestyle he once had.

Fuckin bum will be living off his NFL pension begging networks to put him on TV.

But nobody gives a shit about his punk ass anymore.

T.O and Chad Johnson both were known for coonin' and buffonin' with all of there locker room antics, celebrity love t.v shows etc which is why OchoCinco is also finding it hard to get in the hall of fame.

Luckily Randy Moss for the majority of his career kept his mouth shut and just played the game, there were some spurts here and there at the end of his career and how it ended but it's undisputed he is 1st ballot HOF no questions asked

MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

Those 3 get lumped together often. They were the originators of the "diva" WR era from the late 90s- mid 2000s.

They are all very similar, yet they are all also quite different even though they are the 3 big names people think of when the "hot dog" or "diva" WRs of their era are brought up.

While Johnson may at first glance seem very similar to Owens in his antics, there was an element of fun and positivity to his nonsense. Yes he was an unabashed self promoter, but his antics were also inclusive of his teammates and he was loved by his fellow players.

Owens antics had a palpable edge of anger and negativity to them that just left a bad taste in the mouth of anyone who watched him. He was literally impossible to root for. If you watch interviews with him you can see he is seething with anger and resentment and then will cry like a bitch when he talks about his Quarterback. It was obvious that the guy was very unstable and I have no doubt that if he wasnt playing in the NFL he would have become a violent criminal.

Moss, like you said, smartened up after a few years, went to NE, Tom Brady showed him how to not act like a hoodlum, get millions of dollars, break records, and retire with your reputation repaired enough that he could get a job with ESPN.

Even though hes horrible on ESPN and their entire NFL coverage team of Young, Dilfer, Woodson, Hasselbeck, and Moss is fucking unwatchable.

Well you know how on TNT they have Shaw, Barkley, Kenny, Ernie and occasionally Webber? I think that works because all of them crack a lot of jokes and aren't afraid to not be stiff the whole time.
The ESPN NFL coverage would probably benefit from having all 3 of those guys up there

MACK IS GOD VP of Toxicity

Hahaha. Its funny you mention that. I actually DVR Inside the NBA because its one of the most entertaining shows on television. Ive loved Charles Barkley for more than 30 years and he was always my favorite player. He says whatever the fuck he thinks and he doesnt care if it offends blacks, whites, asians, jews, whoever.....

He just tells the truth and if people cant deal with it, fuckem.

    Absolutely love that man.

Not even joking, if I was given the choice of having dinner and drinks with 3 people in the world, dead or alive, Id be hard pressed to not put Barkley as one of them.

Plus hes an absolute degenerate gambler so Id love to get him at a card table.....lol
